MY PRACTICE

As a relational therapist, I believe that seeking support is a powerful step toward understanding yourself and creating meaningful change. Through therapy we can cultivate compassion, joy, serenity, and a sense of belonging. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions—or simply looking for personal growth / getting “unstuck”—I am here to help.I bring in a person-centered, relational, and humanistic approach to therapy, focusing on my clients as individuals and the unique experiences that shape their lives.

Therapy is sought out by many, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution. My goal is to utilize my clinical toolbox of Evidence-based practices and to offer treatment in a safe, non-judgmental space; a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, while building a deeper connection with yourself. Together, we’ll work to improve your mental health and create lasting, positive change in your life.
