Office Manager
Medelicia Mercado is our Office Manager whose oversight ensures a quality experience for Group Practice Clinicians & Therapists, as well as their clients. Mede’s Practice focus is on helping Clients to receive out-of-network reimbursement by managing Practice billing workflows and generating Superbills for reimbursement. Mede works with new staff to orient them to the administrative tasks related to their individual Caseload needs. Mede’s personal & professional commitment to combatting mental health stigma is a driving force in her work at Embrace Equanimity LLC.

Aitzhana Kokkozeva
Executive Assistant
Aitzhana Kokkozeva is our Executive Assistant whose oversight ensures a quality therapeutic experience for Upper management therapists & their clients. Aitzhana is helpful with scheduling needs, billing needs, care coordination needs, etc. She recently was awarded her LLM at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, has done Volunteer work both as a Legal Analyst & Project Manager for Humanitarian causes, while also being a mother of two children. Embracing Equanimity LLC will forever know Aitzhana as its first official employee!
