Before inquiring further about services, please review the information below:

Acceptable forms of payment: AMEX, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flex Spending Account (FSA), Zelle, Venmo

Insurances Accepted: Out-of-network (OON) benefit plans, HSA/FSA cards

Rates: $150-$350; Session rates range in price based on which Therapist and what services you are receiving.

Ex: The rate for seeing a Trauma Trained Therapist for specialized trauma treatment approaches (Somatic Experiencing, EMDR) will be higher as compared to therapy with another provider who does not specialize in this work.

NOTE: After the agreed upon upfront payment has been paid to the therapist by the client, our Practice will provide weekly, biweekly or monthly ‘Superbill’ statements which you can submit to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Based on your plan, its deductible, and the availability of out-of-network benefits, you can seek reimbursement for your sessions using the ‘Superbills’ provided by our Office Manager.

Due to high demand and the cost of reserved session time, there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. The cancellation fee is the full rate of your session unless specified otherwise (legitimate emergencies not included). If you cannot attend, please notify your provider ASAP.

Is therapy covered by my Insurance?

Verifying your Insurance can be difficult to navigate. Below are specific questions and information that you can ask your insurance plan about, noting that these services are being provided on an Out-of-Network basis.

Benefits information can be determined by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Please contact your insurance company and check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have ‘out-of-network’ mental health insurance benefits?                                         

  • Do I have coverage for Individual Psychotherapy? Billing code: 90834 or 90837

  • Do I have coverage for Joint / Couples therapy? Billing code: 90847 or 90837

  • What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met? How much of my deductible is left to meet?

  • Once my deductible is met, how much can I expect to be reimbursed per session?
